About The Hudson

The Hudson is a collection of Seattle's most thoughtfully run commercial properties, spaces built around the people who work in them. This August, in honor of National Wellness Month, they're working with Techies + Wellness to create this wellness event for their tenants: an afternoon to slow down, connect, and meet the practitioners in their community. That's where you come in.

Things to Know

Bring

  • Business cards
  • Marketing collateral
  • Any tools, samples, or session supplies specific to what you offer (food/bev, oracle cards, session tools, ear seeds, etc.)

Your table

You'll get an 8 ft table to make your own. Feel free to dress it up with a table cloth, signage, a raffle, decor, items to sell, or a way to take payment. Just ideas, totally optional, whatever feels like you.

Tip: Canva has a free QR code tool, an easy way to link people to your site or booking page from your table.

Samples & sales

Think of this as a chance to connect with the community and meet future clients. Food and beverage samples and mini sessions are offered at no cost, a small taste of what you do. If someone wants a full session or subscription, that gets booked separately. Food & beverage vendors: selling on-site during the event is totally fine.

The Hudson has seen better turnout for vendors running a promo. Not required, just what's worked.

Location

You'll be set up in the Main Lobby, which gets us the most foot traffic, so keep your booth staffed at all times. If you're offering sessions, we'll provide a sign listing what's available so people know what to expect. From there, it's up to you: run a sign-up sheet (bring your own if you'd like one) or just take people as they come. Whatever flows best for you.

Sound Bath takes place in the Rooftop Room, a separate space. See schedule above.
